Chicken Pot Pie

| 3 C cooked diced chicken |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees |
| 1 can cream of chicken soup |

saute veggies in oil \ butter (mushrooms first, then celery \ carrots, remove & keep warm |
| 1\4 cup white wine |
• |
heat soup in pan with butter and thyme |
| 3\4 tsp Thyme |
• |
add wine and salt and pepper |
| 3 C diced cooked potatoes |
• |
Assemble pie per instructions on box and bake 45 minutes |
| diced celery and mushrooms |
|

| 2 X pie crusts |
|
